Mindfulness is an evidence-based practiced defined as "paying attention, on purpose, without judgment". Mindfulness has tons of great evidence for helping with things like depression, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma symptoms, sleep, and stress.
How Do I Get Started?
Give us a call or just drop by in time for group! Our front desk staff are happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. There are no group fees or paperwork to complete prior to joining, hence the "drop-in" part of the name. If you'd like to join virtually, click the link at the top or bottom of this page.
